A Community Event to Remember
Cooper Chapman Insurance is thrilled to announce our sponsorship of the Friday Night Lights 5K fundraiser, a vibrant event supporting the Travelers Rest High School football team! Mark your calendars for August 21st and join us as we walk, run, or race to raise funds for a cause that goes beyond the game.
More Than Just Football
This fundraiser is about more than just supporting the Devil Dogs on the field. It’s about supporting a program that unites all ages, strengthens community pride, and provides the necessary resources to develop a superior student-athlete experience. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or a casual walker, your participation helps us achieve these goals.
Fun for the Whole Family
The excitement doesn’t stop at the finish line! After the race, enjoy a post-race party filled with music, food, and family fun. For our younger athletes, there’s a 200-meter fun run for kids 12 and under right after the 5K starts. It’s a day designed for everyone to enjoy!
Race Details
The race kicks off with a thrilling downhill mile, winds through the scenic neighborhoods of Travelers Rest, and finishes near the Trailblazer Park amphitheater and farmers market pavilion. With chip timing and live results, you’ll get instant feedback on your performance. Plus, the event is dog-friendly, stroller-friendly, and walker-friendly, ensuring everyone can participate.
