Jenna is our Senior Account Manager who handles personal, commercial, life, health and Annuity sales and servicing for our Agency. Besides meeting new people and building relationships with our clients, Jenna’s favorite part about her job is educating every client that comes through the door to ensure the clients know exactly how they are covered and understand their policies thoroughly.
Jenna was born in Suffield, OH, and moved to Greenville, SC when her dad’s job relocated them about 30 years ago. Jenna has two kids who are involved in baseball, volleyball, basketball, dirt bikes, four-wheelers, horseback riding, and fishing. If Jenna isn’t at work or one of the many practices, games, or tournaments her kids have you can find her at a bonfire, pool, or hiking.

Lisa grew up in Asheville North Carolina and attended UNC-Chapel Hill and is a HUGE North Carolina basketball fan! She moved to Greenville in 1982 and began her first job with American Federal Bank and she remained with the bank for almost 30 years through mergers with CCB and Suntrust. She left banking and embarked on her next career in real estate working for an appraisal management company with a panel of lenders and appraisers across the Southeastern US.
In 2021, Lisa joined the Cooper Chapman team and began her “third” career as a licensed insurance agent. Lisa brought to the Cooper Chapman team her dedicated work ethic and her love of all people and community. Lisa loves to travel and is always ready for a new adventure. She is a magnet for young children and any kind of animal. She has her beloved pets inside her home, but also a menagerie of deer, raccoons, foxes, and possums in her backyard that she visits from her deck.
However, Lisa’s greatest love and her “heart” is her only son. She is a very proud mom! Lisa loves meeting new clients and talking with them about their families, their interests, as well as their insurance needs. She embraces the personal touch with our clients and feels that that sets Cooper Chapman apart!

With over three decades of experience in the real estate industry, Tracy’s journey began in 1995 when he embarked on a career with a mortgage bank. But Tracy’s talents extend beyond finance. Before diving into the world of mortgages, he earned a BA in Church Organ Performance from Anderson University, showcasing his passion for music and dedication to his craft. Tracy pursued an MBA from the University of Phoenix to further enhance his skills, equipping himself with the knowledge to excel in the business world.
For the past 33 years, Tracy has balanced his role as an organist with his career as a mortgage lender, proving himself to be a master of multitasking and commitment. And now, he’s ready to embark on a new chapter as a licensed insurance agent with Cooper Chapman Insurance Agency. Outside of the office, Tracy enjoys time with his wife and two children. He also enjoys exploring new destinations through travel and nurturing his green thumb.
